Here at Property Adaptations & Renovations (S.W.) we pride ourselves on offering a full service so if you require any of the following we are the company for you:
- Plastering works including coving, cornice repair or renew and fitting ceiling roses.
- Carpentry works including renewing doors, architraves, skirting boards, floors, stairs (repairing and renewing) or built in cupboards or wardrobes.
- Painting and decorating.
- Lining chimneys
- Removing or building chimney breast
- Removing internal walls
- Renewing drains
- Electrical from upgrading/add to an existing curciut or a total rewire all works are carried out by an niciec approved operative and the relevant certificate issued on completion of the contract.
- Gas works from connecting a gas cooker to fitting a central heating system all carried out by a gas safe approved operative.
- All ground works undertaken
If we have not mentioned the particular item of work you want done then just ask we will undertake most building works.
